Stand Social

The festival Winds For Future will also have a Social Stand, completing the cultural and educational programming during the 4 days of the event. In partnership with Senac, Mercadinho São Luiz and Movimento DOC, chefs, cooks, local producers and the Entrepreneurial Women's Roundtable, a project of the Hub Cumbuco, will perform.

What is
DOC Movement?

Denomination of Cearense Origin is an initiative of chefs Marco Gil and Léo Gonçalves for the valorization of inputs, techniques and traditions of Cearense gastronomy. Through the use of local products, it proposes to combine tradition and innovation, promoting evolution and revolution. Pride. Identity and Belonging. DOC is from Ceará, to the world, and for the world.

We will map and publicize DOCWeek participants within the Winds For Future 2022 Festival and indicate who are the partners that are moving the local economy, tourism, and gastronomy.

Chef Léo Gonçalves

Léo Gonçalves is the gastronomic curator of Winds For Future 2022. With more than 10 years of experience in gastronomy. Having returned to Ceará and established a relationship here with the Ceará's input, identity and belonging for the past seven years.

With two great success cases, the restaurants O Mar Menino and URU, he developed a relationship with producers, cooks, transforming agents, and educational institutions, helping to work the concept of a DOC cuisine - Denomination of Origin of Ceará.

He was elected chef of the year three times by veja Fortaleza magazine
